  • 2 chicken fillets
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, to taste
  • Oregano, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Water, as needed
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 300g noodles
  • 400ml tomato sauce
  • 125g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Parsley, chopped, for garnish




  1. Season the Chicken: Sprinkle the chicken fillets with salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano. Dust with flour to coat evenly.
  2. Brown the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent. Add the sliced carrot and cook for a few minutes until slightly softened.
