Ingredients:

  • 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 carrot, peeled and diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cabbage, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 tsp basil, dried
  • Salt, to taste

Directions:
