  • 700 g Cauliflower
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp Sour cream
  • Dry garlic, to taste
  • 50 g Flour
  • 2 Tomatoes, sliced
  • 200 g Mozzarella, sliced
