  • 700 g Cauliflower
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp Sour cream
  • Dry garlic, to taste
  • 50 g Flour
  • 2 Tomatoes, sliced
  • 200 g Mozzarella, sliced



  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, black pepper, sour cream, and dry garlic.
  4. Dip each cauliflower steak into the egg mixture, then coat with flour.
