Full Recipe:

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • Flour tortillas (large enough to wrap)
  • Bacon strips, cooked until crispy
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp. sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the diced onion to the skillet and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the sriracha sauce, mustard, mayonnaise, celery salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.
  4. Lay out a flour tortilla on a flat surface. Place a scoop of the beef mixture in the center of the tortilla.
  5. Top the beef with a couple of strips of crispy bacon and a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Fold the edges of the tortilla toward the center, creating a hexagonal shape (like folding a crunch wrap). You may need to use toothpicks to hold the edges in place.
  7. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place the crunch wrap seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy.
  8. Flip the crunch wrap and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.
  9. Remove from heat, let cool for a minute, and then slice in half. Serve hot with your favorite sides or dipping sauces.
