  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sweet smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried garlic
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoons paneer breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 5 eggs
  • Green onions, chopped
  • 4 cherry tomatoes (or 1 medium tomato), diced
  • 1/2 paprika, diced
  • 100g (0.2lb) cheese, grated
  • Butter, for greasing hands and frying
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • Salt, to taste

  • 150ml (5 fluid ounces) warmed cream

Directions:
