Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup brewed strong coffee, cooled
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch cake pan.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
