  • 200g (1 cup) canned corn (If using raw or frozen corn, see important tips below)
  • 1 egg
  • 1g (1/4 tsp) salt
  • 50g (0.4 cups) cornstarch
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Important Tips:


  • For raw corn: Boil for 5 minutes, drain, and use 200g.
  • For frozen corn: Microwave for 2 minutes before use.


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the corn, egg, salt, and cornstarch. Mix until well combined.
