  • 4 pieces of salmon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter
  • 12 small tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 400g spinach
  • 250ml cream
  • 40g cheese
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan
  • Spaghetti



  1. Season the salmon pieces with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat a frying pan over high heat and add butter.
  3. Place the salmon in the pan and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the salmon from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add more butter if needed and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  6. Add the halved tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Add the spinach to the pan and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Season with chopped garlic and dried spring onions.
  9. Pour in the cream and stir well. Cook for 2 minutes.
  10. Add the cheese and Parmesan to the pan and mix until melted.
  11. Return the salmon to the pan and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
