  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 450g (1 lb) Boiled and Peeled Shrimp
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 40g (1.41 oz) Butter
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  • 1/2 Cup White Wine (or a mixture of lemon juice and water)
  • 400ml (1.7 cups) Cream
  • 50-80g (1.76-2.82 oz) Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 200g (7 oz) Pasta
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • Ground Paprika, to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp seasoned with a pinch of salt, ground black pepper, and paprika. Sauté until the shrimp are pink and slightly golden. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
