  • 100g Mozzarella Cheese, grated
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • Fresh Parsley, finely chopped

  2. Drain the potatoes and pass them through a sieve in two batches, ensuring to scrape off any potato residue from the bottom of the sieve.
  3. To the potato mash, add salt, finely chopped mozzarella cheese, and parsley. Mix well until the mixture forms a cohesive dough.
  4. If the dough feels too watery, add an additional tablespoon of cornstarch to achieve the right consistency.
  5. Place the dough into a plastic bag, flattening it out with a rolling pin to an even thickness.
