  • 2 lbs Jumbo or XL Shrimp, cleaned with tails on or off
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1-2 tablespoons capers
  • 1 diced shallot
  • 1 lemon (zest and juice)
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup diced parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Roasted Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili flakes

Garlic Bread Ingredients:

  • 1/2 loaf French bread
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1/4 cup diced parsley
  • 2 tablespoons roasted garlic
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Red pepper flakes to taste
  • All-Purpose Seasoning to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
