– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 1 cup warm water
– 1 packet active dry yeast

 

Directions :

1. In a small bowl, mix the warm water and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, then mix until a dough forms.

3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, then place it back in the bowl and cover with a damp towel. Let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Spread the minced garlic evenly over the dough, then sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.

5. Roll up the dough tightly and slice it into 1-inch pieces. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each roll.
