  • 100 gr. Noodles
  • 5 Eggs
  • Salt, to taste
  • Chives, finely chopped
  • Parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato, peeled and diced
  • 100 g Dutch cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Sour cream
  • Vegetable fat, for cooking
  • Canned green peas, mashed for softer consistency



  1. Start by boiling 1 liter of water with 1 teaspoon of salt.
  2. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, then mix in the chives and parsley.
  4. Heat a bit of vegetable fat in a pan over slow fire for about 15 minutes, then add the egg mixture, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the diced tomato to the pan, cooking until soft.
  6. Stir in the sour cream, followed by the grated Dutch cheese, and let it melt into the mixture, about 7-10 minutes.
