  • Potatoes, peeled and quartered

  • Butter, 2 tablespoons
  • Milk, 1/4 cup
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • Minced meat (400g), any type
  • Green peas, 1 cup
  • Tomatoes, 2 medium, diced
  • Tomato sauce, 1/2 cup
  • Cheese, 1 cup grated (any preferred type)
  • Parsley, a handful, chopped for garnish

Directions:

  1. Prepare Mashed Potatoes: Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and return to the pot. Add butter and milk, then mash until smooth. Season with salt to taste.
