  • 1 packet yeast (10 g)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (10 g)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (8 g)

  • 1 pinch chopped parsley

For the Surface:

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
