  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • All-purpose flour, for coating
  • 40g butter, for cooking
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Spring onion, sliced for garnish
  • 20g butter, for sauce
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons honey



  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper, then coat them lightly in flour.
  2. Heat 40g of butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add 20g of butter, minced garlic, and sliced spring onion. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  4. Add light soy sauce, vinegar, and honey. Stir well to combine.
