  • 40g butter, for cooking
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Spring onion, sliced for garnish
  • 20g butter, for sauce
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons honey

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper, then coat them lightly in flour.
