  • 3 chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 60 grams flour (1/4 cup)
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons butter or 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 90 grams honey (1/3 cup) or maple syrup
  • Chives, chopped for garnish
