4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups marinara sauce, sugar-free
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
Fresh basil for garnish

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
Dip each chicken breast in beaten eggs, then dredge in the almond flour mixture.
