  • Sour cream – 7 tbsp

  • Ground black pepper – a pinch
  • Salt – to taste
  • Dry ground garlic – 0.5 tsp (or a fresh clove)
  • Vegetable oil – 1-2 tablespoons
  • Tomato – 1-2 pieces, sliced
