Ingredients:
2 whole branzino fish, cleaned and scaled (about 1 lb each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
2 sprigs fresh thyme
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup white wine (optional)

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Rinse the branzino inside and out, and pat dry with paper towels.
Rub the outside of each fish with olive oil and season both inside and out with salt and pepper.
Stuff the cavity of each fish with minced garlic, lemon slices, and a sprig each of rosemary and thyme.
Place fish in a baking dish, and if using, pour white wine over the fish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
