  • 3 large Bell Peppers (Paprika)
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato, chopped
  • 2 Slices of Ham, chopped
  • Dill, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 60g Cheese, grated




  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (374°F).
  2. Carefully cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Mix in the chopped onion, tomato, ham, and dill.
  4. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place the prepared peppers in it.
  5. Fill each pepper with the egg mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  6. After 30 minutes, sprinkle the grated cheese over the top of each stuffed pepper.
