  • 350 g of pasta
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (for pasta water)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 400 g of sausage, sliced
  • 2 peppers (any color), sliced
  • 100 g of cheese, grated
  • 1 can (400 g) of tomatoes, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of Provencal herbs

Directions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 190°C (374°F).
  2. Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
