Full Recipe:


  • 350g Kefir
  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 200-220g Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable Oil (for batter)
  • 100g Smoked Sausage
  • 2 Boiled Eggs
  • 100g Mozzarella
  • 30g Green Onions
  • 30g Parsley
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil (for frying)



  1. In a large bowl, whisk together kefir, egg, salt, and gradually add flour to form a smooth batter.
  2. Stir in baking soda and 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.
  3. Finely chop smoked sausage, boiled eggs, mozzarella, green onions, and parsley. Fold these ingredients into the batter.
  4. Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Spoon small portions of the batter into the pan, flattening slightly to form pies.
  5. Cook each pie for about 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
