For Chicken Breast Rolls:


  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Tomatoes, sliced
  • 100g (3.5 oz) Hard Cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 Tsp Mustard
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Dried Garlic, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Vegetable Oil, for cooking

For the Side Dish:

  • 4 Potatoes, cubed
  • 1 Tsp Dried Basil
  • 1 Tsp Dried Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Herbs de Provence
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • Salt, to taste

For the Fresh Salad:

  • 1 Cucumber, sliced
  • 2 Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 Shallot, finely chopped
  • Green Onion Stalks, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Sour Cream
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • Salt, to taste


  1. Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and dried garlic. Wrap in cling film and let marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Prepare a baking dish with a light coating of vegetable oil.
  3. Place a slice of tomato and a sprinkle of hard cheese on each chicken breast. Add parsley for freshness. Roll up the chicken breasts securely.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the yogurt and mustard to create a sauce. Coat each chicken roll with this mixture.
