Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 200 gm boneless chicken
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp dry coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp tandoori masala (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • Fresh coriander, chopped
  • Tortillas
  • Red cabbage, shredded
  • Onion slices
  • Tomato, julienned
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Butter, as required

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chili flakes, and tandoori masala. Cook until chicken is well-coated with spices.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and cook until chicken is fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.
