1 prebaked pie crust (9 inches)
4 cups fresh strawberries, divided
1 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon red food coloring (optional)

Directions:
Arrange half of the strawberries in the prebaked pie crust.
