Full Recipe:

  • 1 chicken sausage
  • 1 chicken slice
  • 3 slices of bread
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 tbsp of milk
  • Salt, to taste
  • Butter, for frying
  • 3 cheese slices
  • Tomato ketchup

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  2. Slice the chicken sausage and chicken slice into small pieces.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter.
  4. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated.
  5. Place the egg-coated bread in the skillet and cook until the bottom is golden brown. Flip to cook the other side, adding the chicken sausage and chicken slice pieces to the skillet at the same time.
  6. Once the bread is cooked and the meat is slightly browned, place a slice of cheese on one piece of bread, allowing it to melt.
  7. Stack the cooked ingredients to form the sandwich: start with the cheese-topped bread, add cooked chicken sausage and slice, and top with another piece of egg-cooked bread.
  8. Serve hot with a side of tomato ketchup.
