  • 200g Fettuccine
  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 Onion, finely chopped
  • 6 Button Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1/2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste




  1. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Cut them into small pieces.
