Ingredients:

  • 1 leek
  • 3 carrots
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 50g (1.76oz) spinach
  • Green onions
  • Dill and parsley
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • Basil
  • Dried garlic
  • Black pepper
  • Cheese
  • A small piece of mozzarella cheese

For the Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • Dill
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Chop the leek, carrots, and red bell pepper. Grate the potatoes and squeeze out the excess moisture.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the eggs, olive oil, flour, baking powder, milk, basil, dried garlic, salt, and black pepper.
